Analyze Your Posture, Gait,
and Movement Patterns

An in-depth assessment in which we gain insight as to how these patterns become ingrained and embodied in your fascia (ie. compensation from injury, daily movements and positions, how the body holds emotions, activity profile).

Understand how these postural patterns are creating or contributing to your pain and dysfunction

When the superficial muscles work out of sync to the deeper postural ones, the bones are pulled out of position. This creates grinding in your joints and compression in your discs. It can lead to a downward spiral of compensation, strain, pain, and injury.

Your postural evaluation will provide a full body framework as to WHY you have your pain and WHAT you can do about it......the most natural way possible.

Utilize your body's innate tools - through movement and position - to heal on
its own

Highly individualized sequences designed to create and ingrain more optimal patterns in your body. The goal is for you to feel, move, and function better, both immediately and long-term.

 

As you align and strengthen your body fascially from the inside-out, you'll progress along a continuum of health: from getting out of pain to activities of daily living to enjoying the movement activities you love to do.
